A LATEX tamplate to be used mainly by the ACCORD consortium comunity, but also others.

Building a custom beamer theme named {lucid}. Follow all the steps to segregate the inner/outer/color themes in a separate style sheet, and Applying an appropriate color for BG/FG, font type, size etc. Also creating a container style sheet to include the other three.
