This template is a general format for writing academic manuscript. This template has everything that you need from starting to write manuscript to submitting to peer reviewed journal. I have provided all necessary latex code to write manuscript on overleaf. This template is useful for someone who does not have any prior experience with latex but interested in learning latex while writing manuscript and eventually submit manuscript to peer reviewed journal.
This is the template for the Dissertation for the Taught Master of Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management program at the University of Hong Kong.
This template has been built upon the work of Dr. Chandranath Adak's original template. It has been built to help students' easier adoption of Latex for their Theses. It is, hence, substantially refactored from the original.
I supply this template without any warranty. I hope that this template will help save HDR students time (and stress). I hope to be frequently updating/improving this template, so please provide feedback so that future students can benefit from it.

A derivative of the SINTEF template [1] with some customization options and support for OpenType fonts. The colors have been adjusted to adhere to the UIC style guide [2].
As backgrounds, I have provided some photos of our campus, as well as departmental logos for ECE, CS and MSCS departments, who are most likely to use this.
I have simplified the example slides and additionally, have also included a pseudocode example. This template is hosted on GitHub [3] and I welcome your contributions.
