The file main.tex is the document you will use to organize your thesis. This file inputs the related documents to create the front matter, body, and references of the thesis. The compiled version of this document is available in postscript, dvi, and pdf format. The compiled version of this document gives samples of an NMSU thesis along with some advice for writing a thesis and for using these files.
At the minimum you will need main.tex, title.tex, approval.tex, vita.tex, abstract.tex, and nmsuth01.cls. The Front Matter documents are described as follows:
title.tex: title page
approval.tex: approval page
dedica.tex: dedication page
ackno.tex: acknowledgements page
vita.tex: vita page
abstract.tex: abstract of the thesis
A thesis LaTeX template that complies with the University of Aveiro's guidelines and provides a simple CLI workflow around make that was developed and tested for cross-compatibility on Linux (Slackware, ArchLinux) and macOS (High Sierra 10.13.6).
